This is a subset of drills that you can do with some flat dots on the mat, or in your own mind if you don’t have dots, that I borrowed from Travis Stevens. Specifically, this sequence will get your legs limber and build ankle and hip stability for your ability to change direction quickly and efficiently without extra strain on the knee. These are the things you need for front-back/left-right throw combos, and even just for the ability to be on one leg as you throw uchimata or osoto gari.
